Project Hail Mary, the critically acclaimed and commercially successful sci-fi comedy starring Ryan Gosling, is now available for streaming on MGM+. Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the film centers on a science teacher on a deep space mission who must use his knowledge and the help of an unlikely ally to stop the Sun from dying. With a 94% Tomatometer and 95% Popcornmeter score on Rotten Tomatoes, it's a must-see hit that's currently available to rent or buy on various platforms, including Amazon, Fandango At Home, and more. The film will premiere on MGM+ on June 18, 2026, and will eventually find its way to Prime Video, but MGM+ will receive the first streaming window. The streaming service is available for as low as $7.99/month or $5.17/month for a yearly subscription.
